Cullinan Properties is seeking new small and start-up businesses to join the excitement that is building at Quincy Town Center!
- Quincy Town Center, with over 30,000 vehicles passing daily, is a premier destination regional center in the heart of a 60-mile trade area featuring a great mixture of national retailers and local & regional businesses
- Over $4 million of investment is being made for interior and exterior improvements, including our new 30’ pylon sign at the entrance, new flooring in the Community Room, public bathrooms & Veterans Hallway, and a property-wide conversion to LED lighting
Qualified applicants may be eligible for a variety of business and tenant incentives being offered for new leases executed in 2024:
- Free rent options on the front end
- 100% construction financing
- Long-term reduced rent for local retail
- Low risk early termination options
Additionally, ongoing support provided will include guidance by a retail leasing expert, marketing support and construction management consulting.

Franchise Forward Program
We’re targeting new franchises to complement our current and expanding lineup of national retailers and small businesses at the center. Cullinan Properties has announced the launch of the Cullinan Kickstart Franchise Forward Program, a financing program aimed at helping franchisees start or open secondary locations at Quincy Town Center.
Franchise Forward will equip franchises looking to bring a new concept to Quincy with necessary financial, construction or general support resources that may be needed to successfully open new franchise locations. Some options available include: franchise fee reimbursement assistance, 100% construction financing and low risk early termination options. Cullinan Properties will custom tailor leases and incentives depending on specific franchisee needs. In addition to financial assistance, Cullinan Properties will also provide ongoing guidance from a retail leasing expert, marketing support, and construction management consulting to businesses admitted into the program.
