Dog Days of Summer is a family‑friendly, dog‑themed fundraiser at Quincy Town Center, hosted by Homeward Bound Waggin, Inc., with activities for all ages and breeds.
Event Overview
This annual event is the only day of the year the Quincy Town Center is dedicated to dogs. It’s a fun, interactive day inside the mall where you can bring your own dog or just enjoy the atmosphere.

- Musical Sit / Cake Walk (winner takes home the cake)
- Spin the Wheel for a toy baby pool dive
- Create a keepsake paw print
Afternoon: Quincy’s Best Rescue Dog Competition
- Categories include Best Kisser, Best Wiggle Butt, Best Senior, Best Underbite, and more
- Winners in each category compete for the title of Quincy’s Best Rescue Dog
Fees & Perks
- $20 for race participation or Best Rescue Dog Competition entry
- Includes: event T‑shirt, 1 raffle ticket, and a goody bag

Homeward Bound Waggin, Inc. is an all‑volunteer, nonprofit animal rescue organization dedicated to giving companion animals a second chance at life. All proceeds from the event support their mission
